We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Transport Executive to manage daily logistics operations and ensure smooth transportation activities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Book consignments and prepare bills
- Maintain all entries in the system accurately
- Assist in managing daily deliveries and documentation
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Maintain warehouse operations efficiently
- Draft and respond to email enquiries with branches
- Track daily expenses and follow up for payments
- Maintain records of incoming & outgoing vehicles
- Ensure proper POD (Proof of Delivery) documentation
- Maintain records of new clients and report weekly
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
