Key Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, and optimize CNC/VMC programs according to engineering drawings and component specifications.
- Set up VMC machines and select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and dimensional tolerances.
- Perform trial runs and verify program accuracy before production.
- Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and maintain component quality.
- Troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining-related issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy through appropriate inspection and measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Maintain machining documentation and follow safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / relevant technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Practical knowledge of VMC programming, machining operations, and tool selection.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and precision measurement.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC controllers and programming methods relevant to the machines used.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and meet production deadlines.

Salary and Career Opportunity
