Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining product quality and ensuring that manufacturing operations meet the company’s quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting incoming material, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Inspecting components according to engineering drawings and dimensional specifications.
- Operating measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Identifying quality defects and coordinating corrective actions with the production team.
- Maintaining inspection reports, rejection records, and quality documentation.
- Monitoring manufacturing processes to minimize rejection and rework.
- Supporting quality audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring compliance with company quality procedures and workplace standards.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification. Knowledge of engineering drawings, dimensional inspection, measuring instruments, and manufacturing quality procedures will be an advantage.
