Job Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts and payment entries.
- Prepare invoices, bills and vouchers.
- Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other applicable tax compliance.
- Track customer payments and supplier outstanding balances.
- Prepare accounting reports and maintain supporting documents.
- Coordinate with management, vendors and auditors as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant qualification in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good numerical accuracy, attention to detail and time management.
