Job Responsibilities
- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Centre) machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform machine setting and tool loading, where required.
- Check component dimensions using vernier calipers, micrometers and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain product quality and meet production targets.
- Keep the machine and workplace clean.
- Follow safety rules and production instructions.
- Report machine problems and quality issues to the supervisor.
Eligibility Criteria
- Relevant ITI, Diploma or technical qualification preferred.
- Experience in VMC machine operation is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Good discipline, punctuality and teamwork.
